Black-finished 15″ VTO wheels are mounted with 195/50 Sumitomo HTR A/S P02 tires. Braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The brake master cylinder was reportedly replaced in 2013

The cabin houses bucket seats upholstered in beige leather with green piping and MG-embroidered headrests. Interior appointments include center console storage under the armrest, a locking glovebox, a passenger-side map pocket, a heater, JVC stereo, Alpine speakers, and a trunk-mounted Pioneer amplifier

The 1.8-liter inline-four was factory equipped with twin SU carburetors for a rating of 94 horsepower and 107 lb-ft of torque when new. Service is said to include replacing the water pump, fuel sender, and fuel tank floats in 2015. An aftermarket air intake has been installed. The engine mounts and their frames were damaged and the clutch serviced in 1989

The wood-rimmed Nardi steering wheel fronts a 7k-rpm tachometer accompanied by a 120-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 94k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.
